If not that the country security system is wack why should a police officer be reduced to a level of opening gate.

Aside from police personnel they also have private security men added to their homes. They are the ones who embezzle and make the masses poorer.

Now the police oga themselves will sweep this under feet and Gbenga Daniel may just give the family of the deceased some pitiable amount claiming that he died on active duty.

The level of slavery in the police organization need to be look into, imagine 2500 for a whole sergeant for one week working in the house of a civilian.Poverty is a bastard.The police organization is not a place one will work because the pay cannot sustain a family of 3.This is the reason many people are involved in corruption because you need to provide for your family.How can the government have mind to pay someone who have work for about 15_16 years less than 70k,a country where things are very expensive.A country where an ASP retired will go home with 1.6_2m after serving the country for over 35years.What some of the police officers are going through,many guys outside will not take it.A country that neglect her police force is digging grave for her collapse.
