both the the supplying nation (Russia) and the buyers (European countries) will definitely suffer it, but Russia will suffer it more.

I think all the parties are ready to pay the price for their actions

I have been over 6 Europeans countries and Germany be the highest manufacturing country in Europe will end up closing many companies and moving them to China or India.
Russia already signed the construction of PS2.
Pakistan already signed to get cheap gases from Russia because not even Saudi can supply at cheap price Russia.
Merkel begged Russia to agree on NS2 because it’s was Schroder that got Germany NS1.

There's no such thing in place. Besides, Qatar has stated that they cannot unilaterally replace and supply all of Europe, their gas needs and have suggested diplomatic solutions to the crisis at hand. Even the US is currently operating her gas exports on a maximum output. Any attempt to divert these gas from US or Qatar to Europe means that there would be shortages to other markets where they already have contractual agreements to supply to. Nobody is winning with these sanctions.
