I have said it before....when Russia invades Ukraine....NATO wont lift a finger for a non member....USA will do nothing....they all will only hope Ukraine is able to defend itself for a while with the weapons they have sold it. Russia knowing this was emboldened by this and the fact that the worst the west will do is sanctions and it has already told them sanctions wont hurt it as much since they have been surviving with sanctions since 2014 and are nor afraid of new sanctions.

I hate when we judge at things base on sentiment instead of truthfulness! yes America and NATO would have silent this war in peace but you can't openly lie that America and the West sold weapons to Ukraine when it is openly known and confirmed even by Ukraine that America NATO have given them overwhelming aid and assistance militarily and monetary wise.

Russia has not declared a war but a millitary exercise in Ukraine in order to rid it of stockpiled arms which it sees as a threat to its security. This is a legitimate move by russia and a move US and allies have taken several times. This aggression by Russia will encourage more countries in East Europe to flock to join NATO….how many simultaneous war fronts can Russia open and sustain?

The war has nothing to do with Trump or Biden, it's squarely Ukrainian affairs.... To Join NATO or not so I don't see anything Trump would have done differently in this scenerio than sanctions and noise making

Russia sees Ukrain different from other Soviet nations as Ukrain is the most western leaning nation that has a direct border with it. I mean poland a NATO member is just separated from Russia by belarus....allowing Ukrain become NATO member will be a very big threat to Russia....USA wont allow Russia or any of its allies have basses in mexico or canada now....so why are we expecting russia to accept that.
Besides at the closest point the distance between US and Russia is about 3 miles....so why is USA sending troops thousand of miles away when its enemy is just 3 miles away in another corner of the country.....Leave these people, USA and RUSSIA know the game they are playing .

Ukraine is a sovereign country that is free to chose what is best for them. If they chose to be with NATO, it is up to them to decide and not Russia. Ukraine has been figuring Russia since 2014 under the pretext of Russian separatists. Russia is the aggressor here.
