Adamu is actually right on this one. Most people talking against him here are talking out of fear and not from a place of the economic implications.

Russia themselves are fueling this aggression not so much because they want to humble Ukraine but because they want to boost their economy.

Conflict or war has been the last tool utilized when you want to make your economy more powerful just like how USA became powerful through conflict.

Right now the Russian stocks are down 50 percent and their currency has lost 20 percent of it's value. There would be a mad clamour for her stocks and forex now that it is "dipping" and everyone would "hold" till it appreciates and the appreciation would be very fast but guess who would benefit immensely? RUSSIA!

Africa would become a safe haven if there is WWIII and there would be massive resource transfer down to Africa including investment into valuable minerals like African Gold, silver, Diamonds etc as tangible assets which the ripple effect of the war would only increase their intrinsic value. Who would benefit immensely? AFRICA.
