I just got a PC (Acer) intel core i7,8GRm,15.6' with processor speed of 2.40hz
Nvidia GeForce 4G dedicated

I think this is manageable for a starter who want to go into web/Graphics programes

The problem is I don't know which area I should go into
Currently on my mind are
3D animation
Graphic Design
And Programming abi web development

Please expert in the house which one is advisable to go for based on availability of Jobs and better rumeration

First and foremost, all you stated that are in your mind are hotcake in the tech industry. I will advice you dont make career choices based on renumeration but concentrate on who you are and interests you most. You need a mentor to help you discover this so you can enjoy your chosen career path and make the journey easier.

Nvidia 4gigs of dedicated video ram!!!!!, With that u can basically do anything, but try them all out and see what's most interesting to you
