Please how will customers petition CBN over excessive bank charges on loan by GTB?
External auditors discovered that GTB overcharged colleagues on the loan facilities they took about two to four years ago, the document was sent to the bank, they acknowledged but refused to reply to the auditor for months now and they neither deny nor refund the money to my colleagues' accounts.
Somebody told them that CBN works in hand with those Banks (they said they are all the same) and may not do anything, but I insisted that they should contact them first.
A nairalander should advise please.
