This was the kind of question a British/American journalist asked a Chinese ambassador who immediately fired a salvo at the journalist "you are obviously ignorant (more like daft and ignorant ) of the basic principle of China's diplomacy" she replied the journalist . I was so shocked at that level of harsh response from a whole Ambassador because I know that a Nigerian Ambassador will never answer so crudely.

Sincerely, that question the Naija blogger Journalist asked Mr Onyeama is fundamentally mediocre. The Minister did the right thing by ignoring it instead of replying the tripe talk.

The right question should have been if Nigeria completely supports the UN Secretary's call to President Putin to withdraw his troops from Ukraine.

The matter no concern us directly. Make Europe, US and Russia settle the matter. All we want is a peaceful resolution of the crisis without taking sides with any of the parties.

If u know anybody based in Ukraine, advice them to return home quickly. I don't see the conflict ending anytime soon. Both parties in this conflict are headstrong. They won't listen to words of reason.
