But I'm sure an OLD Nikon L320 digital camera would even be better than tecno phantom X

U were using smart 5 and u wanna upgrade with 35 to 40k Be like say u wan jump from fry pan to volcano
"Super" camera phone for 35 to 40k
Even if it's fairly used or roughly used sef, u won't get any. B4 u will get a "super" camera phone, just budget as from 150k. Don't let anyone deceive u into buying any tecno, infinix,itel or any phone at dat for that price, cus any u will get at dat price are all scrap.

Just get something with a snapdragon that can handle image processing, all the big big megapixel techno them Dey call no really be am.
You can get something with A chip
You can even get a 6s plus or 6s if you look well, if you’re lucky you could get a 7,
Pretty sure even 5s can handle image processing well and they’ll shoot better videos when compared to their android counter parts, just get a ring light and a 6s, it’s a start.

I've seen Pop 4. The camera is even more shitty than pop 2.

What makes you think pop 5 will be better?
And besides my smart 5 is better than any of those Pop series
