You didn't hear NATO deployed additional 7000 soldiers and military hardwares to Estonia yesterday, and told him the very same thing he wanted to prevent is now happening?
Putin's invasion of Ukraine has made NATO reinforce around that eastern front, which was exactly what he wanted to stop.
Dialogue would have been the best thing because he can't face a 30-nation strong NATO which is also a nuclear power.

the middle east.
