The reasons why election results are always close in Yorubaland is because our people hardly give space for rigging unlike in some areas where some political office holders will just sit down and allocate results according to their wishes . I have witnessed elections in the SE twice and I can say it boldly that there's hardly any credible election in that region

This result is another litmus test to show how worthless Tinubu is even with apc governor in the west

We would continue to get at least the required 25% in all south west state with or without Tinubu

If election hold today in Imo or Ebonyi, APC will also get nothing less than 25% of the votes. That’s with the fact that votes in the SE is so less and irrelevant.

APC will even get more vote percentage in the SS as it stands because state like Edo, Crossriver, and Bayelsa will give APC nothing less than 30%.

That’s five states in the SS/SE already.

It is because he was a bright, dutiful and compassionate person, from our school days, who went on to become a solid and highly-valued professional in the diaspora before returning to Nigeria to stake a political claim.

I know he will do well. That is the greater, more inclusive and fast-improving political atmosphere of the SW that the n1tw1t you responded to will never understand.

Rather than go to their SE to try and build similarly, they will be fixating malevolently on SW politics 24/7 not understanding they are centuries behind it.
