This goes to show that all the noise about Agriculture from this administration are only lies.
Sincerely wheat is not the only source of flour: Nigerian govt sometimes last two years boasted of self sufficiency in maize production.
What has changed?
This is also a reflection of the quality of leadership we have as a people.
One day, when a rice producing country begins to have problem, then we'd know the source of the RICE PYRAMID we all saw late last year.

What do you expect from a country that is entirely import dependent?

Our so-called leaders are comfortable with this anomaly because it favours their looting formula.

Even the oil and gas that we have in abundance which should have given us an area of comparative advantage have turned out to be more of a curse than a blessing.

Oshey palm wine tapper!

Tap into Agriculture and tap out because of bandits killing people on farms.

How you continue to 'tap into' insincerity and hypocrisy baffles me.
post=110646504:
Russia was the top exporter of wheat to Nigeria, the second for herrings, and the third for mackerel in Q4, 2020. It was the fifth import trade partner for vaccines for human medicine.

SECONDED!!
You've said it all man!

How we wish our youths can tap into Agriculture, like us @[/b].

The impart is that with does import nolonger coming because of the war the cost of wheat and the fish they import from there will be high because there will be shortage of supply of those items and the availabile once will be very expensive.

With the way things are going now, if there is no wheat to produce flour again, nigerians will start buying bread of 200 naira for 1k.

Is it no a shame that a country blessed with fertile land importssuch amount of grains from abroad.
A country whose government touted increased agricultural outputs with nothing to show for it?

Breads re not made only with wheat. Cassava flour is available too.

All these unnecessary lies!
I'm not saying everything is wrong, but they're trying to take advantage of what's going on.

Who has purchased a product here in Nigeria and saw "Made in Russia" on the product?
Including the wheat, herrings, and mackerel written in the post

Na everything we dey import from Russia? First Oil, understandable now, these!
