What people have to loose economically in a war they're not part of is temporal. This is the time Nigeria can actually open talks with western world to increase it's oil and gas export, demand investments in building refinaries.
This is the steps other reasonable countries are taking.
For a country to function effectively it needs to have a good product in a good volume to a good market. Sometimes they have to invade territories to get the good products. But when you have a United market you have to be cautious. That your market spot is eyed by many others to take.
