See olodo. There are laydown procedure to removing CJN so immunity does not deter his removal. President and his Vice can be removed even with their immunity. Countless governors and deputies had been removed even with their immunity. One just got removed in Zamfara less than two weeks ago.
So Mr. Man, immunity cannot stop CJN from being removed.

Immunity does not mean those official can not be removed from office.
Governors have immunity yet we have seen many governors removed from office.
