Architects in the house, kindly advise on these two plans.

Similarly, anyone with something more better than these is welcome and will be considered.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Living Room
Master bedroom (ensuite)
4 Standard rooms
Central bathroom and toilet to serve the four rooms
Dining
Kitchen
Store

My opinion... Having a common toilet and bath serving four rooms isn't a good one.

Also noticed there is no visitors toilet in the specifications and in the second design.
Having only 1 toilet and bath servicing 4 rooms and possibly visitors, isn't a good idea, whether village or town.
