No doubt a well motivated Russian army won't struggle this bad against Ukraine. However morale is low, the Russian soldiers and officers don't want this war, the Ukrainians don't want this war. The only person driving this war is Putin.

They don't have the numbers,so if they do it will overstretch their outnumbered military.
So their most effective strategy is to withstand the Russian onslaught with the hope and believe the Russians will become fatigued,moral starts to wane as the war progresses with no significant victory in the Russian side coupled with significant losses.
This is possible because the Ukrainians know the terrain,are highly motivated and have the advantage of urban warfare happening in a terrain they know better than the Russians.

Meanwhile in Putout's mind it was going to be shorter than Israeli six days war but he never knew it gonna be a long battle with him losing

That would be a very bad move. Attacking a Russian city will certainly turn out to be rallying cry the Russian troops need to boost their morale.

As it stands Ukraine is winning a lot of sinparty playing the victim (which they are) this has even led to a loss of morale among the Russians because many of them both soldiers and civilians view this war as unnecessary just look at the protests against the war happening in Russia.

The only person driving this war is Putin and his useless ego.

NATO don enter this war... They sent some soldier probably dressed in Russian military outfit.... When US said Russian president sent assassins to kill the Ukrainian president but guess what?
