Good day everyone
So I got job offers from two different companies for the same position and I need help deciding which one to accept.
1). An Electricity distribution company
2). A Bank
I don't know which one to pick because the pay is the same and they are both marketing jobs..
Pls I need advice (experienced)

Is the banking job a full time role or.contract? If contract, go for the former.
