There is an altar for every person.
An altar is a place of power, a place of authority, a place of protection, a place of covering. As far as a person is under an altar that person will be a difficult kill.
One thing to note is that not every altar is for everybody, there is still an issue of compatibility.
The devil knows this, that is why there is so much manipulation to take people away from their God ordained altars, to places that are incompatible with them. This doesn't necessarily mean the altars are bad or satanic. Maybe your problem was one of deliverance from strongholds, you can't decide to leave Moses and follow Elijah. Both are powerful men used mightily by God, but for different purposes.
If you leave your altar, the devil will be able to much more easily get to you. This is his aim in the lives of many and that is why strife and contention between Leaders and followers on Churches today is so rife.
May God open our eyes and keep us away from harm.
