I noticed many people especially men hide under married status to look responsible. I was trying to arrest a guy that refuse to pay me my money. When the police called him to give him two option. Is either he come to the station or they will come after him. He was quick to tell them he is married and have children. He promised to come to the station. While we were waiting for him. He called after about an hour that he want to go and collect his children from school. I was just laughing inside my mind. Mind you he is not the one to collect the children from school he was just using it to daily time and to look responsible. So that police would pity him when he comes because he feared they might detained him. I also noticed online especially people who do business online. They make their profile a family profile. Upload family or married photos and children if any. Drivers? When a driver is looking for a new car or job. They are quick to let you know they are family man. Most of the time they end up the same and deceitful. What about pastor? You hardly find a single pastor. They are always married and showing their marriage ring for people to trust them. Is married people actually responsible and trustworthy. Does the marriage status make you to trust people? |

No, sir! Being responsible and trustworthy does not have anything to do with your relationship status, either married or single. Does the marriage status make you to trust people?Although it shouldn't, but looks can sometimes be deceiving. Same way I wouldn't advice you to trust someone, simply because the person dresses corporately. 1 Like |

I wrote somewhere here that marriage never corrects a dysfunction. Whatever you don't drop in courtship is bound to happen in marriage. I have a teacher back then who use this I am married with children to take money from me then. As in they way she'll sugar-coat everything eeh if you don't hold yourself you will fall for her. And it's rampant on Facebook,I seriously don't know why the do this more reasons I tell people to attain a level of financial Independence or breakthrough so they won't be boring someone with this help my family we haven't eaten for days kind of story. Well a good number of them are sincere but the bad ones are everywhere spoiling this sacred and sweet thing called marriage. |
