Apart from the quality, the size too, one can order for a 32cm big pot and they end up sending a 16cm small pot that can only cook one cup of rice.

No it is not your phone . She said homemade jollof. For party jollof, the water cooking the rice shouldn’t be runny for a start. It must be thick. Once it is runny, you know you have missed it.

It looks more like concoction rice. The tomato mix should have more of tatashe/shombo. And using a manual blender is a no no.

Even homemade should look like the real thing.

7 times? I don't know why mine can't stay still the next day

It's either the rice or, your kitchen is very hot. Or you are using one wrong ingredient. For example if I make palmoil rice with locust bean (iru) it get spoilt before morning.

I always keep the rice Ontop the stove after cooking, does this has anything to do with it not staying till the next day?

That's not the reason at all.
To be on the safe side, just keep it in the fridge over night. After serving put the pot in the fridge ( not freezer)
