Up till now nothing, yet to receive December stipend. Dashboard still saying:

Failed Transfer not successful

December payment has been restarted, if you were not paid then your payment will be carried over as backlog

Carried over as in I will get it together with my January stipend or it will come before January comes?.

I contacted their call centre last week Monday though, I was told to call back in a week's time which will be 7th March if I don't get it.

The payment system is automated, they just press restart and it begins the crediting process, there is a period for reinitiation of failed payment and there is a period for backlog payments please exercise patience you will be paid
