Please nairalanders, suggest a good phone I can buy for my brother within the range of #35000 to #40000

To get a standard phone of 6gig in ram size u need between 90 - 120 rabas

Op that money can only get u a calculator of 1 or 2 gig ram

Na only used phone u fit get for dat amount
35 to 40k is too small to get any reasonable new phone. Except if u just want d phone for WhatsApp,fb and to watch film. If dats the case then go for the tecno pop series(pop 5 to be precise)
I do not recommend it sha cus except the need for a phone is extremely urgent, it's better to save up and get something that will give u peace of mind rada Dan using ur money to buy scrap

It's not just to Carry money and buy any phone just cus it's cheap. Buy something that will give u peace of mind. I remember how I had tecno spark 3 of 1gb ram,Omo dat phone show me pepper after about 9 to 12 months. If I on my phone,I had to wait like 5 to 10mins but I cld start using the keyboard and the phone got so hot after small usage that I had to keep in inside deep freezer just so it could cool. And the storage quickly got filled cus it's just 16gb ram I'm sure dat must av contributed to the phone lagging. Now I'm no transsion hater infact my current phone is an infinix phone,wat I'm just saying is dat there's no point buying a 1gb ram phone especially if that phone is gonna be ur main phone

very true. But that was a low end phone. If he can up his budget small, he will get something better

personally I think we all use phones for different reasons, and there will always be room for low end devices depending on your budget and what you need the phone for. Remember, the primary need for a phone is to make calls, and both a Tecno F1 and an iPhone 13 can do that.

the pop series ain't bad, but I think the budget can get a spark go edition too.

You can go for a device in the pop series, the pop 5 or the pro version.
