They are big scammers.

I tried getting a virtual card. Deposited ₦10k to my e-wallet and wanted to transact. They began to request I sent my sig, bvn, nin, photo and all that. After you do, it never gets to pass the verification stage and no one responds to you via their support desk.

The money was gone for good.

I tried ALAT.ng by Wema, that's another problem on its one.

Beware of them. Best thing is trying to see if you can pass all the verification processes before depositing. Once you deposit first, it bye bye.

Please share your experiences with Wallets.africa.

Wallets Africa is an advanced scam. I don't want to talk much right now because I'm not in good mood due to what I experience from them today. My #80,000 is hanging with this wallets Africa people. I went to there office at Lekki, they said they are no more there, there is no real customer number to speak to. Every thing about them is a SCAM.

I have been using wallets since 2019 and I have got no issue with them

Their CEO John is based in the us
I got their number both for Whatsapp and call And I dae message them steadily

I also have their naira prepaid card

Well except for their down times, it's been a good experience for me though

Btw I have also used their virtual dollar cards multiple time

MODIFIED: do not use wallets Africa or have anything to do with them
That Fintech has lost it savor with useless customer support, poor physical card service, I can't assure everything I said about wallets Africa again as I have also dumped them.

Update:
I am done with them 80%

I only use their naira prepaid card for POS withdrawals partially

I advice anyone using wallets Africa should do away with them now.

Thier WhatsApp and call line is +234 906 798 3726

As for virtual dollar cards, y'all can try out changera.

I have been using wallets since 2019 too and they have been reliable but since on Saturday I have been trying to withdraw some money from my account with them and it has not been available until today. I smell something is wrong. They posted on their Instagram page today and they locked it up. No response from live chat. Please send me their number

WALLET AFRICAN HAS BEEN UNSTABLE AND I WOULD ADVICE NEW CUSTOMERS LOOKING FOR VIRTUAL DOLLAR CARDS TO TRY OUT OTHER PLATFORMS. THEY MIGHT BE A LITTLE BIT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WALLETS.

WHAT I WAS EXPECTING TO SEE HERE IS A WAY TO REACH WALLETS CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY NEVER RESPOND ON ALL PLATFORM HENCE THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH THEM.

Please let's sign petition against this guy named John Oluranti Oke with his company wallet africa. The stays in San Francisco and he has other startup companies. He should be reported to Google and apple so they pulled down his apps Even his website should be pulled down. He should be reported to interpol and FBI. They are doing this on purpose. Nothing is working on that site and they have been receiving people's money and still sending messages and posting on all their social media.
