When you have a central stabilizer your solar inverter is fully protected with the stabilizer. Remember your solar inverter is an hybrid system. Two sources of charging, SUN and PHCN. Good protect it.

For a detailed estimate, you will need an architectural working drawings to achieve that.

15-18m for a basic finish, Considering the cost of materials.roofing alone with wood work and longspan will gulp about 1.5m or more. This includes wood, roofing sheet and labour no matter the size of the 4 bedroom. Then estimate number of blocks to be used, cement, iron rods. Then finishing with basic materials. Am just a home owner detailing my experience after supervising my building my self . Am not an architect or engineer

they easily fall off after a while and the heat from your cooking stove or gas cooker can affect it as time goes on..I won't recommend for kitchen Sir

That means that an approximately 1,650 blocks will be enough for the building including the foundation assuming it's a good soil with good bearing capacity.
For block setting and concrete foundation footing, you can budget 30 bags of cement.
