That girl even in death deserves celebration and a memorial plaque.
The way she knew she was in danger and courageously did a secret recording should be celebrated and taught for anyone that finds him/herself in suspicious environment or scene.
If not for what she did,I bet her killer would have gone scotsfree because no one would have ever suspected a BRT bus driver of committing such crime.
I bet the driver didn't know she filmed him and the bus till he saw it on the social media.

My sister, this matter just weak me I swear. It's just scary to know that even a public bus is not safe for women in Nigeria again. This is likely not the first time the driver is doing this.

I have saved 20 persons in a robbery scene. I've been in atleast three incidences with gun shots. I survived all, and saved the lives of persons around. I'm not going to be happy or banter or scream or try to prove myself right or knowledgeable when we're all mourning. I've communicated the information i want to. 2 things I know about Naija Police, even with all their evil:

1) If they want to find any criminal, they will find that person.
2) When spotlight is on them or one of their Ogas over a case, they act quickly and perform.

We seriously need to empower these good members of the Police.

No reason why the least paid police office should not be getting:

-200k salary . DP0 should be getting minimum 2 million
- free health care
- free accommodation (minimum 3 bedroom) not the disgusting Police barracks.
- Car load paid over 10 years.
- free education ( books, fees,) for biological children
- 6 months training in Israel or USA
- Free vacation every 2 years.
- 5 Million Naira bonus at the end of any year where there is no compliant against them for dirty behavior.

And all Police officers should sign undertaking that if they are found aiding criminals, oppressing civilians, drunk on duty or taking bribe should be jailed for 30 years and executed if found to be aiding violent criminals.

Police improved welfare package was one of the demands of the youths during endsars protest but because of egunge they collect at the road blocks they thwarted the protests . What again do you want the masses to do?
