"Those that caused this man paternal pain, have you seen how he's crying now? This is Bamiye's Father crying" says the camera woman.

"Bamise can endure anything. She doesn't complain about anything, in fact she is a good girl" added the sympathisers.

The father who was crying uncontrollable says "Bamiye's mother suffered earnestly on her. Days of no food, water and days of countless insult from people because of Bamise. In fact, this is so painful and unbearable."

Sadly, many Nigerians die on daily basis under similar circumstances. Just that this one was widely publicised on Social Media.

It's very sad. The issue now is that this will likely die down in few weeks time and Nigerians will move on as usual and until another shits like this happen again, because of how depraved the society has become.

Its high time all our media outlets starts campaigning against this useless ritual rubbishes, so that lives should not be wasted for nothing.

This ritual killing should be taken serious by the government. Its really getting out of hand.

What a world we live in. If u have a daughter then u will know the pains this man is going through. When u realised someone u love and love u back wholeheartedly is gone and nothing to bring her back. May we never be victims of these evil people. May God continue to protect us. It's too painful indeed.

I was once in this shoe. I lost my first son. The agony and torture was out of this world. I nearly ran mad and was contemplating suicide before I got a good news from my wife that she was pregnant again. Another wonderful boy who I so much cherish and can go extra length for.

Sad! Human life has become so meaningless in Nigeria such that the rate at which people die on a basis beats even Ukraine where there is war. No part of the country is safe anymore, run from Maiduguri terrorists in Maiduguri and you will be lucky not to fall into the hands of bandits in Niger, Kaduna or Katsina, in places like Kogi and Abuja, kidnappers are on the prowl while in Ogun, Lagos, Oyo and others, it is ritualists, Sad!
