Russia admited about 500 dead,so you can be sure at that point the real number was closer to 3000. I would estimate that right now Russia has lost about 5000 men and Ukraine eassily double that.

This is not the first time Russians are dying like fowl in a war.. Outside nuclear, the Russians are very average in wars.. Google the country with the highest dead soldiers in both the first and second world War and u will be amazed at Russia figures
