He is the beginning and the end. There is nothing you or anyone else will that will have ever any bearing on this unimpeachable truth.

One thing you need to understand is that others have minds with which they reason too, then might you understand that "He" is your beginning and your end. Others might see things different to how you do.

I, for instance, don't particularly care what anyone's God does or doesn't do, but if my God is a God that "repays destruction to the face not slowly of those who hate it", I might "repay destruction to the face not slowly of those who hate" me, instead of turning the other cheek to those who hate me, which I think is much better behaviour, for me, and more especially, for my God if I had one I bowed down and worshipped.

But that's me. I have found it more loving to turn the other cheek than to "repay destruction" because nobody hates buda.

Besides, wasn't an eye for an eye abolished?
