I find it queer muting the status of someone and still going on to chat with the person. It means there is a bit of irritation there and I don’t know how to pretend. Except it is a family member I can’t do without, then I would simply delete that person’s contact. It is really that simple for me. After all, na my personal line, not work/business. I feel it's not always about pretense. There are some people you're cool with or you like generally, but there's just one thing about or quirk about them they tend to 'over-post' on their status.
