PARTIES DENY TAKING PDP TO COURT, DESCRIBE JUSTICE ADERIBIGBE EX-PARTE ORDER AS UNSOLICITED AND FRAUDULENT At least close to ten persons listed as Plaintiffs in a case before Justice Aderibigbe of Osun State High Court Ijebu-jesha Division have denied any knowledge about the case. In their various reactions to the series of ex-parte orders granted in their favour by Justice Aderibigbe in HIJ/6/2022, the concerned persons expressed their shock seeing their names listed in a case they never authorized or consented to, and in which unsolicited ex-parte orders of injunction were granted in their favour. In an affidavit of denial of litigation sworn to by each of them before the same court, the persons namely: Ayanlade Ayandokun wrongly spelt as Ayanlola Ayandokun, Soliu Oladimeji wrongly spelt as Sulaimon Olafomeji, Ayeni Sunday, Alegbeleye Ojo, Alimi Kamal, Adebayo Dare and Aderemi Kabiru listed in the case as 4th-9th & 27th plaintiffs respectively as reflected in the court papers and orders made by the court alluded to the fraud in the use of their names to procure unsolicited orders in favour of Dotun Babayemi. The concerned persons have now taken a step further by filing an application before the judge through their counsel, Hashim Abioye Esq, to strike out their respective names and discharge the orders already made in the case same having been fraudulently obtained in their names in a representative capacity without any authorisation. Despite this and despite the physical presence of the applicants in court, the judge continued to make fraudulent ex-parte orders in their presence and their favour, apparently to suit Prince Dotun Babayemi's ambition, instead of sorting out the issue of parties before taking any further step. Meanwhile the application filed by their counsel has been adjourned to 16th March, 2022 for hearing. With the affidavit of denial and application to excuse them from the case asking for a discharge of all the orders made ex-parte without hearing the other parties, including all applications filed in the names of the persons concerned, the suit before Justice Aderibigbe in HIF/6/2022 which was targeted at serving the interest of Dotun Babayemi (who absconded from the gubernatorial primary election of PDP conducted by the National Leadership of the PDP at Osogbo City Stadium on 8th March, 2022, which produced Senator Ademola Adeleke as the candidate of PDP for Osun 2022 Governorship election) has hit the rock.

Clowns everywhere. Instead of appealing the judgement, Adeleke is paying irrelevant folks to spread propaganda. Will this denial change the order of the court? Will it change the fact that Dotun Babayemi is the candidate of PDP in Osun state? |

seunmsg:Kadoso Mutairu! You can't leave politics alone, ba? The politics that you have followed and supported all this years and Nigeria is worse off. As far as you are concerned, the status quo must be maintained until the country becomes worse than Somalia. Of what use is your political analysis to even you as a person? You will just be shouting up and down. Yeye auditor. |

*Press Release* *12/03/2022* *Adeleke Commends PDP National and State Leaders, Says " I Remain the official Candidate of the Party"* The governorship candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) for the July 16th election, Senator Ademola Adeleke has commended the national leadership of the party for its steadfastness in protecting the party’s constitution. Reacting to recent development on the governorship primaries of the party, Adeleke opined that the Iyorchia Ayu leadership was honest, transparent and fair to all in the handling of the governorship primaries, adding "our leaders obeyed and enforced the party constitution irrespective of whoever was involved. "The leadership rejected frantic bid to disenfranchise us. The NWC insisted on due process and tradition. I am a product of due compliance with PDP and Nigeria's constitution. By law and tradition, I remain the flagbearer of our great party and I am ready with God and men to lead PDP to victory", the businessman turned politician said. While describing ongoing legal tussle as nothing unusual, the PDP candidate said those who headed to court and those who filed appeal petitions are only exercising their rights, adding however that "in due course, the will of party delegates leading to my candidature will be embraced by all. "I once again call on my fellow aspirants to let us unite to secure victory for the party. Our team is open to all and we promise we will run an inclusive campaign and government in the best interest of people of Osun state", Senator Adeleke said.
