Expected Roles & Responsibilities
1. Conduct periodic legal research
2. Provide general office support and other clerical duties to the Head, Legal and Compliance
3. Provide support and assistance during meetings
4. Conduct light litigation works on behalf of the Head, legal and Compliance
5. Will be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements on behalf of the company

Skills & Competencies
1. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
2. Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate law;
3. Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with relation to confidential information
4. Good understanding of general and specific Company and commercial law in Nigeria
5. Ability to demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm in the delivery of the organization's objectives.

Other Basic Requirements
1. Reside in / around Ikeja or its environs
2. Female preferred

Educational Qualifications
1. A Law degree from a reputable Nigerian University
2. At least 1-2yrs post Call-to Bar legal experience
