The problem is now pricehuh What we are generating isn't even enough to power Lagos alone not to talk of the whole Nigeria. Fashola said it wasn't rocket science pre 2015. I wonder how PDP were able to manage this then
Pdp management still included blackouts and grid collapses.

All in all forthe same reason, power is not priced appropriately and in a way where enough profit is made to fix stuff

They were doing it during pdp time. In fact, APC inherited the thing from PDP.

Reversing it means higher prices
How come PDP was able to manage it and APC couldn't. U guys promised us heaven on earth only to turn back and start blaming everything. Even dead people and animals

You still haven't answered the questions:

You still speaking English. I said in "technical terms". How is it worn out? Who is the somebody that put it at 100b dollars?
Google for the pwc paper. It would give you more answers.

I'll stop here. Good evening

Under pdp there were blackouts and power shortages.

Due to the same problem. Power is not being priced appropriately. Has nothing to do with whoeveris in charge.

Let the discos set a price that would enable them to pay for improvements plus pay gencos and tcn enough money for themto make improvements ( as seen with GSM)

Not the government.

And Yes, it means higher prices for power.

Let everyone pay his or her power bill. Goverment and elite to the poor. No more meter bypass
I can only accept the bolded up for now, and yes I can also accept that people should pay more under one condition, that they put all the structures to make the light 24hrs first because they have increasing it with the promise that the light will get better, but it has been getting worse, so I don't believe them anymore, because from 4k - 42k and the light got worse means even if they make it one million it might never get better, I will not accept any increase till I can see 24 hrs light.

Let me ask you a question, if you were to pay a private tutor to teach your child to pass jamb and the first year the child failed, you met the tutor, the tutor said you should increase the fee, you did and the child still failed, the tutor collected more and more money up to 5 times and the child even got worse in the performance, will you pay that tutor any more money again or believe anything he says, let him make the child pass first then you pay him, this example can be used on your car and your mechanic, see right now I don't believe it, there is nobody that will believe after such numerous promises with increment, they should find a way to get the stable before asking for increment, Nigerians are tired...

When you pay N20 to N60 for something that costs N53 to N80 to make, this is what you get.

No profits, bad service.

If you want power 24 seven, let the sector set its price so that money dey for more generation and better transmission.

You cannot pay 400 naira for a car.
stupid talk.

Any idiot can govern Lagos, bc the state feed off tax of most multi nationals headquartered in Lagos.

Fashola was d worst power Minister in Nigeria. Every effort Bath Nnaji made was wasted by this useless apc govt

I changethe tutor.

Plusthe analogy with power is flawed.

What we are.doing with power is the same thing as paying the tutor 50 naira a month when weshould be paying him the 5000 a month that was promised before he started work

Under PDP in my area light was shared 3hours on 3hours off, meaning we get 12hours light everyday. But now if u see light for 2hours a day u will thank God and yet bills has increased. We day go for days without light self

Do you pay for your gotv or dstv subscription before it becomes 24hrs, they are supposed to take care of that by themselves before making any increment, Nigerians were scammed, Imagine MTN telling you that before you wil get 24hrs service they will have to increase tariff, abeg shift, you guys should stop defending failure...

Under apc, i get lightat least 20 hours a day. Does not mean apc Has done well. I know of places that get 3 hours.

Under pdp i lived in an area that had light for a few hours once a month. Also lived in another area where blackouts for days were.common

At the endpay at a loss, crap service results. If pdp andapc havethe guts to allow appropriate pricing, all this won't happen.

And u think we are not taxed. I work in a manufacturing company in Lagos. I can bet u since this govt came to power, is one tax and the other. Something we never experience under PDP. All ur allowances are taxed now. During PDP era, na only basic salary them they tax. Bro u are defending what u dont know

My major concern is the masses who've refused to receive sense. When it's time for election, we allow these politicians to let us vote based on ethnic and religious grounds, some even sell their votes with no sight of the big picture.

It's high time people realise that these politicians don't care about you

They deceive and divide you based on religious and ethnic grounds, but they Unite at the top to milk the country dry

Now that there's fuel scarcity , you won't see specific fuel stations for APC or PDP supporters, neither would they give you fuel because you're a Christian or a Muslim .

Whether you vote good or bad leaders, na everybody go hear am
ASUU Strike all their children are abroad getting quality education , you that voted based on ethnoreligious ground is at home, no special school for you that's Christian, Muslim, APC or PDP supporter

Una must receive sense by Force
Do you have your PVC?

If that is the only tutor there with a monopoly just like PHCN, do we have an option? NO

Run at loss how, I am paying 42k per month and I don't see up to 6hrs light, based on your calculation, how much should I pay to get 24hrs light, since you feel that I am not paying enough?
Right now I need 24hrs light, how do I get it?
