Just mentioning the word RESTAURANT should be enough for you to take decision.

I didn't even read all other things you wrote there, but just thinking of how many street girls you'll be lashing by bringing home those leftovers is for me a deal cutter!

Insurance job for Naija na die if you are a marketer.

Good thing: You acquire valuable sales skills which you can always use to promote your own private business in the future.

Bad thing: Worn out shoe soles. You go talk and waka tire grin

Restaurant management? Don't know Jack about that space. Research well before jumping ship. Just make sure it's a full time role and not contract.

Go for the new restaurant job, more exposure about owning or starting your own business too...less stress or pressure and seems location is also favorable....if you can recruit good, neat cooks, and your foods are delicious...before you know it boom you're making money for the restaurant, and if you're smart enough use your own salary and savings to establish your own with your acquired experiences without affecting your employer....food business is a daily income and good business

Good morning Nairaland.

Please I need your advice right now.

Last year I got a job in an insurance company through an outsourcing firm, Although the company is doing well but the pay is low(below 100k).
Recently, I applied for a job online and later found out is a position of a RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE.
Should I let go of my current job and go with the new one? Or I continue with my job and forfirt the new one?

However, my current job is in Lagos and the stress is much so I thought to get a new job outside Lagos because life here in Lagos is crazy with traffic.

Please kindly advise a brother before taking a wrong decision.

Regards.
If you want to keep trying, remain in Lagos and continue to search for a better one

The issue of Lagos traffic is something we have to accept because it can never be removed

But if you are tired of traffic and Lagos state as a whole then accept the new job
