Lol, he use the money build hotel for benin. Best Western Homeville Plus Hotel belongs to him and is exactly opposite his house. Remember,Okowa only stepped down and allowed Nwoboshi because Okowa was going for governorship seat then,ask yourself why Nwoboshi run go APC .He knows he stand no chance against his boss(Okowa).
