Nigeria shouldn't even be counted as part of this country that can build it own economy independently. If all our stolen wealth are returned, the fact is that it will be stolen again and stored in that same west. So what is the essence

Cold War ended in 1990 with collapse of USSR. Now putin wants to revive another cold War. That is the reason why Russia invaded Ukraine to spark another global cold War. But I think China is not buying into it.
