There are rules and regulations that govern every business in Nigeria and this business is not excluded. Please also have this that not only in Nigeria they default loans it happens almost everywhere in the world. And aside from Nigeria no other place they use this stupid methods "Blackbail" and "Defamation of character".

As I stated earlier Mr OP please try to pay your debt and afterwards report them to FCCPC. Most of these businesses don't register with CBN

You are right. But if they can have someone work for them, perhaps as a cleaner for months without payment until the person pays up his/her debt, that would have been better than public shaming. It is extreme.

You guys should stop taking loans from loan sharks! The interest rate is too high, coupled with the embarrassment. Besides, taking the loan without means of paying back is also wrong and unacceptable.
