There's a biological explanation which deals with the animal instincts as per testosterone in males and estrogen in females... So, hormonal balance and moral rectitude fight each other whenever biology kicks in.

Men have a stronger hormonal drive... "Control" only comes with the person's life experience which in turn defines psychology. There's always a reason why. It's not always morally acceptable but then, that's why people behave the way they do. It's not just men okay? Perhaps I'll make a topic on this. Truly saphiere, you need to understand psychology and the human condition; so as to reduce the "men-only" syndrome.
I don't know you muchly but I see your anger. It's a little misguided. Rape is bad. Women who rape are doing a bad thing, so are the men. Truly statistics show that men are more induldged in the act... But then we should judge the act, not the persons.
