Congratulations on the first step.

The Uni should let you know the interview format , but it is usually in two phases.

1. Prior to the interview: Some administer a test or ask for a subject knowledge audit to know confident you are on topics in the subject area.

2. For the interview:
You may be given a topic, and asked to talk them through how you would teach it (lesson presentation)

You would be asked questions like you are interviewing to be a teacher; the whys, whats and how. Safeguarding question always come up as well, including dicussion on an educational and Professional Issues.

You could PM me for more support.

Please, I have replied the PM with my contact

Wait, you mean someone outsourced their dissertation and was also lazy enough not to run it through plagiarism-checking software like turn-it-in before submitting??

Is that not witchcraft??

Same thoughts here.
Where it becomes inevitable that you have to outsource to meet your submission deadline, you are still responsible to proof read your work and take ownership of its content.
How does one pay for an outsourced research work without running a plagiarism check first and then a high level proof read for adequacy of content.

This should act as a lesson, to all new migrants........ Fraud rate is very high in the UK, people would take advantage of the weak and uninformed........

If that deal is too good to be true, it probably got fraud written all over it ...........

You have platforms to buy from, that offers you financial protection (eBay - PayPal)........

Fraudsters would never use a platform, that offers financial protection.......

While applying for psw, my IHS payment as dependent was very low compared to what's on government website. But my husband paid the correct amount, did anyone experience this please?

Same thing happened with Tier 2.
No need to worry, they'll contact you later when they get round to processing your application to top up the payment to what its supposed to be, so make sure you keep the money handy.
Home Office no dey leave its money for ground.

let your wife open her bank app and report it as fraud. The bank will act

By the time she was making the transfer, a series of messages, would have been presented to her, warning her of the transaction.........

She can report it to the bank, but they cannot promise a clawback ......... Her best bet would be, report to the bank and the police.... It might eventually end up in a small claims court (depending on how desperately she wants her £450 back)........

She paid school fees, to the school of fraud ..... Now graduated, she would NEVER repeat this class ........

Loud am, make them hear.
The government itself hasn't recovered the money fraudsters collected from it during the covid crisis.

Unfortunately, I doubt the bank will repay that money, its warning messages pre-transfer are enough, its over to the [overwhelmed] police and possibly SCC.

Permit me to say a few around job search and a strategy when coming in to the Uk via your question maybe it may help a few peeps:-
My self and my wife we came to the Uk October 2020, My wife was a student while I was the dependent. I got a job almost immediately and starting working as a software engineer in a firm in Liverpool while my wife focused on her studies as we literally sold everything and planned to start a life here in the Uk. But we *had* a plan. Our plan was that by God’s grace I would get a sponsored job and because she also had experience as well, she would also finish her masters and also get a sponsored job kinda both of us having sponsorship running differently to avoid stories that touch. By the way my wife has about 5 years experience as a BA in treasury management mostly around a solution called calypso(one of the biggest around). Immediately she started school she started applying for graduate roles because they kinda offer jobs months/ even a year ahead with sponsorship before you even finish your program. We got lots of rejections, too many for that matter. Most times she would cry as I was always consoling her that they are the ones missing out as she would definitely get one.
As God may have it she got Accenture graduate role more inclined around project management. We were excited because at least we got the ball rolling as regards our big plans. 5 months after working in the firm in Liverpool I got an offer with sponsorship with another eCommerce firm in Leicester which required us is to relocate to Leicester, again the plan fell into place.
Wifey finally graduated in October with a distinction( as our money no fit waste ). Plans changed as I thought that she can actually get better in terms of job and pay. We started looking out for Calypso roles and to my surprise they are high in demand here in the Uk and the pay was great. Of course We we’re looking at sponsorship but we did not mind having one without sponsorship but with a better pay as she can go
Under me as a dependent but I had that believe that we can eat out cake and have it. We applied to FD and LSE as they had roles and pay structure was great! To our surprise we had interview slots. My o my the interview was a breeze as na my wife they teach the guys for the interview. FD gave her an offer as a senior BA after like a week and said they will sponsor her visa under mine and we were like should we take it, meanwhile LSE was in the pipeline and the interview was also a breeze off cause we stalled FD’s offer and waited for LSE it was a bit slow because it was via an agency and the agency was skeptical about sponsorship but the final manager that interviewed her was so impressed and pushed for sponsorship and eventually they gave her an offer!!! FD got back to her and she told FD that she has an offer now with LSE, and they said they will match the money and started talks about how they can strategise her into management in no time but come on LSE was just the height!
She is starting with LSE later this month and all our plans since we came to the Uk kicked in, it was all God and preparation and opportunity!
Why I am saying this! If you come in to the Uk in October or January start applying immediately, don’t wait till your masters is about rounding up before you apply, there are lots of graduate roles, I would reckon that more experienced roles would want you to start immediately and would not give you the buffer to start months ahead.
Lastly you can always yearn for more! Go for it! You have it in you! Hope this helps anyone

Abi you're right about writing nonsense. I will try my best and do it, I will just have to put in more time

If you had the Time, you certainly won't have sort help here.
Are you ready to give up some work-hours for time to do your research?
If not, the earlier the better.
Do you have upto 2 weeks (if 10,000 words or more) to give your hired researcher for the job
Do you have additional 1 week for proof-reading and corrections. Proof reader will run plagiarism checks paragraph by paragraph as well as read entire work that it meets the research guideline and then request corrections.
I strongly recommend you handle the Proof reading so you can learn/ understand the Subject .

I see people outsourcing 15,000 words to be delivered within 1 week and are happy to pay on receiving the job after 3 days grin

Ask her if she has other stuff (household items to sell.
Don't price down, when the total sum is high, request for payment while picking up.
Most times Fraudsters are never smart. They only think of the money.

How does one pay to have someone else do their research in the first place?
All of you dey the same category.

If you knew what you are supposed to write, you would never outsource in the first place.
Just baffles me how some of you are "outsourcing" up and down on the thread like it is acceptable. A pity.

So, this makes no sense to the scammer...... They want/seek, chop and clean mouth .........

Also for reporting to the police, is it to go to the station or call?

Let me explain.

Whenever you use PayPal payment, you are required to select ‘reason for payment’.

What @Lagosismyhome meant was, when selecting the type of payment, you are best off selecting “Payment for Goods “ option. That offers you greater protection in case sh*t hits the ceiling.

They don't willingly give it back....... That's the essence of clawback..........

Various methods are usually applied to recover funds.....

This is a 101 lecture of funds retrieval.........

- If you inform the bank on time, account could immediately be frozen, funds pegged and retrieved

- Using legal instruments to recover funds

- Charging assets

Etc etc etc

The bank no longer relies on insurance refunds (they used to years ago)

Hence numerous warnings, issued before you transfer funds .......

I am not only speaking from what people say, but from incidents I have been personally involved in........

If funds cannot be recovered and the victim is wholly responsible...... The victim paid school fees .........

Yes a lot of fraudulent transactions happens online in the UK, if the deal is too good to be true then it’s usually a scam.

Don’t ever send money online, best to pay on collection. Even some items paid for via PayPal are fraudulent, you might get your monies back but it would take a few weeks of investigation etc

PayPal is like online bank, you can open account with them and linked it to your bank account or transfer from your bank to your Paypal account

Many online companies accept payment through Paypal just like other bank cards but charges for business transactions and if the business transaction goes back they refund you the full amount.

Yes you can call the police to report and you can also report to Action Fraud online both work hand-in-hand

There's nothing wrong with outsourcing.

It's more like delegation, however, one must supervise/review the process/outcome.

Your brother's friend is super lazy.

The least he could have done was to check for plagiarism and errors.

Are you for real? Outsourcing your dissertation? Because people do it doesn’t make it right. I dont have issues with people who do things the wrong way but i have issues with those who proudly display their wrongdoings.
