This nonessential talk that Tinubu built Lagos has to stop, how come a man without any civil engineering experience or architect built a metropolitan city like Lagos. You people just keep drooling from the mouth. If Lagos cannot generate IGR, which other states can do so then. A state that controls all the waterway ports that handle the importation and exportation in the country, host most of the domestic manufacturing in the country, with the best brains and highest population. This one is attributing the success of Lagos to one man.
