That's a tough call. If you're doing a medical program, it's definitely worth it to go abroad.

The thing is that 7M can do a lot in Nigeria, but only so much abroad. And you could end up back in Nigeria with no savings or anything.

One thing you could do is build not just a house, but some rental property. You could maybe keep it simple and build a multifamily.

It's way cheaper and easier to start a business in Nigeria. And you have more than enough to get a bunch of little things going. But take your time and be confident in your choice. Don't just do what a friend is doing. Don't be lazy about it.

But it's a tough call. Whatever you do, work hard.

Ok. Impression I have is that as a student you are limited by the number of hours you can work weekly.
The healthcare visa might be more viable. But I hear you have to pay for a 2 week training.

I was talking about a house that would generate substantial income through rentals because I believed he is looking for the best way to invest his 7m. He must not build 4-flats. That was a side question. A 1 flat building that he’ll be living in won’t generate any money for him. If he wants to invest his money, then it has to be an apartment that he can put up for rent. Hence my reason for talking about multiple flats.

2 years work permit, then start another masters or PhD. The best way to hack it is to go with a partner so while one is schooling and working part-time, the other is working full time. There is healthcare visa too where you start working the moment you reach UK.

You have to decide on which country to go to and if you will have some one there to accommodate you

If yes you have some one to accommodate you, then half of the money will be used for your trip, whole you can use the remaining half of Carty your building up
