I am curious, if Abdullahi Adamu ends up becoming the APC chairman, will he be forced to step down as a senator?

He is currently the Senator representing Nasarawa West Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate.

Why should a serving Senator also be jostling for the National Chairman of his party? Is it a case of dearth of competent people?

To your question, if a gov could also double as party chairman , who says Adamu cannot enjoy the same even if the constitution says otherwise.
