angry.....PDP never just ready to cease power from APC...... Since it's pretty clear Tinubu has been sidelined by the ruling partygringrin , Pdp should woe him with the same format Buhari and his cabals used in 2015..... After that they can kick his ass againgrin grin
And who says tinunu has been sidelined? Though I'm not a fan but I think that man is a political guru, even of he doesn't win, he will still have stake in the party.

Hon. Debo Ologunagba this is your best press release or statement so-far and I urge PDP to challenge the APC illegibility to participate Elections in court and surely apc would be stopped from been recognized as a political party.

People just comment without reading or having a full understanding of the content of this post. A supreme court decision had already established the illegality of Governor Buni chairing the affairs of APC as it negates the provisions of the constitution of the country as well as APC constitution. Trust me, since that court judgement, I have held the fear that APC ceases to be a political party and that's what PDP is reaffirming. This calls for great concerns and not name calling.
Very valid points. The PDP actually made sense here. Assuming the supreme court judgement is obeyed. Then the convention under Buni would be illegal. But na Naija, things are done anyhow especially by the people in power.

Electoral umpire shouldn't monitor a major electoral process of the ruling party? huh
This is why I don't bother about politics in Nigeria anymore... Until we have a real opposition that's when I will care or give a hoot ..

Right now the reality is that Nigeria is a single oartty state .. APC = PDP and PDP = APC members on suspension

It's unfortunate

Very useless opposition
They should beg FFK to come back if they are tired of constructive criticism

For those who read through this press release and posited that there is a landmine waiting for the APC I totally agree with you.

This scenario should have been averted, that supreme Court ruling might come to hunt the APC.

What kindly of senseless statement coming from PDP? Do the party leader actually approved such nonsense talk or this man just came up this alone. I don't want to believe this is coming from PDP, they can not be that draft.

The kind fracas that will erupt after this APC convention e...

Come see APC chieftains trying to vent frustrations at Channels TV's Politics Today with Seun this evening...

Tinubu supporters should face the reality on ground ....

From what I could deduce from watching the programme, Tinubu will be lucky to only lose the nomination...

Tinubu doesn't stand a chance.

Now devote some time to read the arguments proffered by PDP for the call.

Intellectual opposition is not propaganda and agberoism, ogbeni.

Mr. Man, stop telling lie and feeding your gullible fellows with lies. The Supreme court never call to question the authencity of Buni acting capacity because he was not joined in the case. So no decision was made to void is acting as APC chairman and till tomorrow he cannot be joined because of his immunity.
What the PDP is doing right is just gossip. PDP cannot dictate to APC how to run their affairs. It's only member of APC that can do such. PDP is just a busybody.

..After reading the first ten comment, I came to the conclusion that comprehension is not really easy, PDP be making a very serious and valid claim. in summary PDP is saying that a party can not function without elected executive, so therefore, since APC dissolved it's executive and put up am emergency committee to run it's convention, the committee's action in organizing conventions and primaries are null and void as they are not elected officials and are not backed by law to carry out the function they are doing now. Thanks

Olodo you are. Nothing concern PDP with the activities of APC and vice versa. It's only a member of a political party that can sue his/her party not another political party. Their running of their party is their own affair and not other political party.

These people turned down Lai Mohammed's offer of a crash course on opplosition and 7 years on, they are still fumbling in the name of playing opposition.
It was in the best interest of Nigeria that other people didn't take any lesson for that matter from Lai Mohammed.
