403 Forbidden- Access to this resource on the server is denied

What could be the cause and possibly solution.

I have new website that I have to upload content daily. Dataprojectng.com

But recently, when I want to upload files I get this message- 403 Forbidden- Access to this resource on the server is denied

On the frontend, it’s cool as user can come through. But this issues has repeated occured at the backend.

Please what could be the cause and possibly solution. I appreciate your inputs.
