If u feel Ur son qualified having met all the criteria set by the Institution but was schemed out because of his indigenship status, then u write petition to the FG or institute an action in court contesting the whole process of appointment. That is how to do things, not disrupt the peace of a citadel of learning.

people of IFE have serious problems. See ehn Ondo and Ekiti account for highest number of professors in Nigeria. The VCs of the schools in those places are not from Ondo/Ekiti yet you wont hear any noise....
