I know that a lot of people are going to come at me for saying the USA but If you want the answer from an international perspective, and as the question which states based on action, then there's really no contest post industrial revolution; the winner by a far margin is good ol' U.S of A.

No other country has engaged others in so many wars, attacked and invaded foreign lands, killed foreign nationals and conducted military coups and backed brutal dictators than the United States of America. From the Far East, to Latin America, Middle East and beyond, U.S. Alone has outdone all others combined when it comes to doing evil.

They bomb another country, they invade another country, they nuke another country, they perpetuate puppet regimes, they bomb a civil airliner and do not even apologize, they perpetrate occupation of another land by their close ally, they do extraordinary rendition, they have an island prison which does not give any rights for its prisoners, they are the only western nation that still doles out capital punishment .... The CV of USA is pretty impressive to get this award.

I have said the answer that guy tagging Europe as an evil continent got it wrong.

You've answered it yourself... It's non but the one and only US closely followed by Britain and France.

To be honest I can't really pick between SCAmerica and Britain. There are only 22 countries have never been invaded by Britain in this planet earth. They are: Mongolia, Sweden, Luxembourg, Belarus, Vatican City, Bolivia, Andorra, Mali, Uzbekistan, Liechtenstein, Marshall Islands, Guatemala, Central African Republic, Tajikistan, Burundi, Chad, Monaco, Ivory Coast, Paraguay, Kyrgyzstan, São Tomé and Príncipe and Republic of the Congo.
That said, the fact that USA dropped nuclear weapons on Civilian population which obviously included, old men, children, and even newly born babies of a day old just to make the Japanese military surrender. The fact that they still justify that ugly act today, makes me agree with you.

Omo those ones sha. They ran aWay from Europe because they were being killed like goats then they came to then British Palestine and decided to steal land because the Bible said it's their own.

I even saw a picture of the first Jewish ship that landed in Palestine, there was a poster saying the Germans have destroyed our homes and killed our people, please don't do the same. But now look at what is happening today. SMH.
