How is it that you expect APC led by the same Orji Uzor Kalu who has a case of embezzlement to secure the seat in 2023, if you have reasoned it properly?

I know that Abia State is divided into two zones; Ukwa na Ngwa and Old Bende.Umuahia is part of Old Bende,meaning that the minority Old Bende ruled for 16years,while the Majority Ukwa na Ngwa will complete their 8years in 2023.You will have the moral justification to say this after Ukwa na Ngwa might have completed their 16years In 2027.
