Court Refuses Abba Kyari, ACP Ubua Bail Over Alleged Drug Deal by politicoNG(op): 10:35am On Mar 28, 2022

A Federal High Court in Abuja has rejected the application for bail filed by suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Abba Kyari and Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sunday J. Ubua.

They are charged with five others in relation to offences of unlawful drug dealings.

Justice Emeka Nwite, in a ruling on Monday morning, held that the prosecution has placed sufficient materials before the court to warrant the refusal of bail to both senior police officers.

The judge is reading his ruling on the bail applications by the 4th and 5th defendants – Inspector Simon Agirgba; Inspector, John Nuhu.

Somebody that has friends who are top ranks in NDLEA.

No wonder he said they shouldn't transfer him to prison, he is enjoying himself there with free access to unlimited luxury.

Court refusing him bail means his extradition will be prolonged further.......las las all this na part of the plan. He will be facing court case till infinity and may never be extradited.

The case is still at the high court level. They should hasten up let the case reach supreme court so that we can close this case for good. I don't want to hear NDLEA and DSS saying they spent millions for each arraignment of this man at the federal high court. Chop chop government.
