You don't know the half of it. It's not about evacuating southerners from the North. The problem is the deep-rooted incompetence, and the glorification of misplaced priorities across board - North and South.

The average soldier, regardless of where he is from, is a complete idiot. That is why you see them everyday majoring in minors. Bullying inconsequential civilians for petty reasons and making a fool of themselves. He is not competent. He is not well trained. And worst of all, he is not motivated for the right reasons. His only motivation for joining the military is to do Yanga for 'bloody civilians' and to denge pose with khaki in zero- or low threat zones. They didn't join the military to fight AK47 bearing militias, let alone fight conventional wars against any invading country. So really, what do you expect from these sort of idiots?

In fact, it is so bad that I'm convinced that even ordinary Chad would easily defeat Nigeria (without external interference) and take over Abuja if they decide to invade. The incompetence problem we have here is colossal.
