Na the main reason I'm always emphasizing on midfield first. Imagine we having this array of attackers in osimhen, Dennis and iheanacho(at least to Africa standard), but they couldn't even create chance after chances for them due to us not dominating games. Just pumping it up to osimhen and attackers like say dem be drogba incarnate.

It's just so bad

The problem with the SE is not midfield. It is game management and that was the fault of the coach. I don't see how any one who watched the two games will oppose this.

It was the same problem when we lost to Tunisia in AfCON. Our coach has F9 in game management.

In midfield, the only person that's scoring goal there is Odegaard. Partey and Xhaka aren't regular goal scorers
In Attack bar Lacazette, the others of Smith Rowe Saka and recently Martinelli are chipping in goals

He's always been playing that wing position. Actually, it was Lacazette that benched Odegaard when Auba was around and not ESR.

If you say ESR was a midfielder then, then it's safe to also say Saka was the opposite Midfielder
