CreditAll is one of the Nigerian loan apps who are subjected masses to serious physical and mental emotion, their representatives always subjected Nigerians to physical and mental tortures via abusive and derogatory words and I'm a living witness of such unprofessional behavior.

Some weeks ago, precisely, on Sunday morning, I woke up to see their credit alert on my phone, I was highly surprised because I did not requested for such loan from them.

Immediately, I went to Playstore to download the app to get their contact and hopefully to have a discussion with them. I was able to get a contact on the app and I made a call to them, I called the number severally to inform them of such creek gift sent to me, but they failed to pick my series calls.

I also went further by dropping message on their WhatsApp, they did not reply my calls and I also dropped same message of notification of not requesting for loan from them.

Not yet done, I also sent sms in that regard, yet I got no response from them. I did this for about four days, CreditAll failed to acknowledged my message but after a week one of their representatives called to inform me of the loan I collected from them and I told him outrighly that I did not request for any loan from them and immediately I returned the money sent to me to their account.

However, after two days, another representatives from this loan app told me that I should pay the interest on the money, I also vehemently told him that I'm not owing them a kobo.

This last Sunday, another representative of this app called me about the said interest and also told her that I did not request for any loan from them, this lady admitted that sometimes their app do credited customers who are not indebted to them without their consent.

But, this very afternoon another rep of the app also messaged me on whatshap that due to my inability to pay the interest on the loan that I did not request for, CreditAll shall tag me a fraudster and inform all my the contacts on my phone that I defrauded them.

This lady also used some unprinted words like animal, bastard, stupid and fool on me. She also promised to inform all my contacts that I'm a fraudster.

I think, this is what many Nigerians are passing through in the hand of this app, why would a loan be given to person without his knowledge and consent, this is high time the government should take drastic step on some of this loan app who are making life difficult to Nigerians.

These are some of the numbers been used to threatening me by the loan App 09120180630, 09120180556.

This is serious.
Now this is a real evidence govt can use to busy this creditall loan company but they won't react after reporting.
Cos they are deliberately making someone without dent to be a debtor & threatening him.
Nigeria is a jungle

If any loan app dare credit me loan I never asked for, I will eat the money and pay anytime I feel like.

You be even better person self say you return the money give them. I will spend the money, then called their bluff.

Stupid criminals hiding behind loan apps.

Na so one frustrate my guy, abused and insulted him, send deceitful messages to all his contact (both families and friends) calling him unprintable names, and still has the guts to call him for the loan again. He simply told them that they are now even, his loans has been cleared by their abuses, and he owes them nothing again. They never called again.

Does it mean that you turned your phone upside down while reading the piece? Or you just assumed op requested for the loan?

I presume you're one their agent, hence your ineptness.

This country is indeed something else, I created a thread (which kind palava be this) on this issue some weeks ago when "aje loan" did something similar to this. I immediately took a screenshot of the time the said amount was credited to my account and also screenshot of the time I downloaded the app, then I contacted the the number on the app with a serious warning that I had everything on record and if the anomaly wasn't corrected I was going to take it to any length they so desire. I was asked to send the said loan amount back to them, which I did. After about 2-3 days of constant pressure from my end they finally cancelled the loan. It's a new sick strategy they use to force debts on Nigerians and I really do hope you get yours resolved with these idiots before they tarnish your image

This is blatant falsehood.
How could they have credited you if they didn't have your bank details.
Who gave them your bank details if not you.
You may have just said after collecting the loan u realised u couldn't meet up,then immediately refunded the money, but for you to claim you were credited from the blue without your solicitation is just devilish lie!
You people should learn to say the truth instead of all these lies to discredit an institution or person.
Unless someone privy to your account details used your phone to solicit for the loan.

Indeed ignorance is no excuse, why will someone make this up? I just related a similar experience on this thread and how the loan company finally retracted the loan after I sent back the initial loan amount they credited to my account. Now to address your question on how the loan was disbursed to the op's account number (I'll speak out of my personal experience here). I once took a loan from them( so they obviously have my details) and at the expiration of the loan term, I paid back the loan and deleted the app from my phone. Now, there's no way one can apply for a loan if he/she does not have the app in the first place but to my suprise I got an alert from the loan company several weeks after deleting the said app from my phone.
Next time before labeling someone's post as "blantant falsehood and devilish lies" firstly ask for explainations on things you don't fully understand

I agree with you.

But it is also possible that the loan app got his details from another loan app.

When you sign up with a loan app, you also agree to then sharing your data too . I suspect thatis what happened

You should have reported to your bank and other appropriate authorities with copy of your letter to the loan app.

If your brain was functioning properly, you would have read and pass when you knew you had nothing sensible to say.

I don't blame you though, I blame your parents who failed to train you well.
