No one opened anybody's file, what happens to not having any files in the first place? It was Amaechi who wanted to lay blame instead of looking for solutions. Imagine how he was serious in that interview, I was even wondering how he got so bold to challenge Buhari in that manner, before the news came out that it was Osinbajo that chaired the meeting, it was then that the outburst made sense.

Ameachi is the one that wanted to score cheap point with the public by bringing up this 'yahoo yahoo' presentation. And he has been carpeted by the revelation of the full details of the proposal.

That proposal was just avenue to 'move' money, but I guess he wan chop alone that's why the FEC rejected it (na so dem dey move money everyday for naija).

But in a normal environment, who if not a mad man will approve such project presented by Ameachi? a project to be done by

1. 2 year old company handle security surveillance
2. A company that has NEVER done anything like that before
